In depth

AI legal marketing in Fort Worth, Texas

Fort Worth's legal market doesn't look like it did five years ago, and it definitely doesn't look like it did when most marketing agencies built their playbooks. Someone rear-ended on the Chisholm Trail Parkway, hurt on the job near the Northside Stockyards warehouses, or dealing with a family law matter after relocating for a job at one of the corporate campuses out toward Alliance isn't opening the phone book or even scrolling ten blue links anymore. They're typing a question into ChatGPT, asking Gemini through their Android phone, or querying Perplexity for "best personal injury attorney near Tarrant County courthouse." If your firm isn't structured to be the answer AI gives, you're invisible at the exact moment someone needs you most.

We've worked exclusively with law firms since 2002, which means we watched search behavior evolve from directories to Google to AI assistants, and we've adapted our methodology at each turn instead of bolting AI tactics onto an old SEO playbook. Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO, is fundamentally different from ranking a page. AI models don't return ten links — they synthesize one answer, often naming two or three firms by name.

Getting cited by ChatGPT or Claude requires your firm's practice areas, case results, attorney credentials, and local authority signals to be structured, verifiable, and consistently published in formats these models actually trust: schema markup, authoritative bio pages, clear geographic and practice-area entity signals, and content that answers real questions the way a Tarrant County resident would ask them. It's less about keyword density and more about being unambiguously the correct citation. You're competing in a market with real depth — established personal injury and criminal defense practices clustered around the Tarrant County Courthouse and Summit Avenue corridor, firms with decades of trial history in front of local juries, and a client base that spans everything from Stockyards-area workers to professionals commuting into downtown from Southlake and Arlington.

That competitive density means generic content doesn't cut through. AI models are increasingly good at distinguishing a firm that genuinely practices in the 76102 zip code and appears before Tarrant County judges from one running thin, outsourced content with no real Fort Worth footprint. Our strategy for firms here leans into that: hyper-local authority signals, genuine case-relevant content tied to Texas law and Tarrant County procedure, and citation-worthy pages that reflect how Fort Worth clients actually search — not how a national template assumes they search.

Where we differ from a traditional marketing agency is structural. Most agencies still optimize for a search engine results page that's shrinking in relevance for legal queries. We built LawCore AI specifically to get law firms cited inside AI-generated answers, tracked and measured the same way you'd expect from a firm that only works with attorneys.

We don't do this alongside restaurants and roofers — we've done nothing but legal marketing for over two decades, and our average client sees an 18:1 to 21:1 return on marketing spend, with more than $1.8 billion recovered by the firms we've worked with and a 5.0 rating across every review we've earned. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes for any firm, and every market and case is different — but the discipline behind those numbers is real, repeatable, and built for firms serious about growth rather than vanity traffic. We begin with an audit of how your Fort Worth firm currently appears — or doesn't — across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity when someone asks the kinds of questions your future clients are actually asking, whether that's about a car accident on I-35W, a workers' comp claim tied to a Near Southside employer, or a criminal matter heading to the Tim Curry Justice Center.

From there we map the gap between your current digital footprint and what AI citation actually requires, build the structured content and technical foundation to close it, and track your visibility and case inquiries against real benchmarks, not guesswork. If you're a Fort Worth firm ready to be the name AI recommends instead of the one it never mentions, reach out and we'll walk you through exactly what that looks like for your practice.

Advertising compliance

Texas attorney-advertising rules every law firm marketer must follow

Texas uses a flexible filing framework permitting both pre-approval and post-filing. Pre-approval at least 30 days before dissemination provides binding compliance protection; post-filing within 10 days after dissemination is required for non-exempt ads. Texas is less strict than Florida's mandatory pre-filing but stricter than ABA-model states without filing requirements—filing is mandatory, timing is flexible, and an optional pre-approval pathway reduces disciplinary risk.

⚠️

Ad-filing state: Texas requires filing within 10 days after dissemination; application fee $100 per submission. Optional pre-approval available at least 30 days before dissemination—finding of compliance is binding disciplinary protection if lawyer accurately describes ad as produced. Failure to file non-exempt advertisements: $250 fine plus $100 review fee. File with Advertising Review Committee, State Bar of Texas via online portal.

False or misleading communications

Rule 7.01(a)

All communications must be truthful and non-deceptive; false/misleading if material misrepresentation of fact/law, omits fact necessary to avoid material misleading statement, or creates substantial likelihood of unjustified expectations about results.

Rule 7.01(c)

May use trade names if not false/misleading; must include current/deceased/retired member names or predecessor firm names; public officials' names prohibited during substantial period not actively practicing with firm.

Testimonials and past results

Rule 7.01(g)

If advertising verdict later reduced, reversed, or settled for lesser amount, must state actual amount client received with equal/greater prominence; may claim credit for judgment/settlement only if lawyer played substantial role.

Specialization and board certification claims

Rule 7.02(b)

Cannot state special competence, certification, or membership in specialized organization except: (1) Texas Board of Legal Specialization 'Board Certified' with area name, or (2) accredited organization with factually accurate, non-misleading statement of certification.

Contingent fee and expense disclosure

Rule 7.02(c)

If advertisement discloses contingent fee basis, must state whether client will be obligated to pay other expenses such as litigation costs.

Solicitation restrictions

Rule 7.03(b)

Cannot solicit employment through in-person contact or regulated telephone/electronic contact except to: another lawyer, person with family/close personal/prior business relationship, or person known to be experienced user of that legal service type for business matters.
